Frank was born and raised in Millinocket, Maine where he attended Stearns High School. He retired to his family homestead after working as a software engineer for over 25 years. He has since worked as the Editor of a local newspaper, is noted as a local photographer, and also works in the Millinocket School System.
Frank has always enjoyed pursuing art and sharing his drawings with his children. He is an avid hiker and enjoys being able to share his love of the North Maine Woods by illustrating these Allagash Tails.
